Grippy knob for Anycubic Improved Spoolholder

I use the spool holder on my Vyper, but having grip issues in my hands I find it hard to twist on and off. Added some diameter and grip. Since my cad software is in license limbo right now, I used ideamaker and boolean commands to combine https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:4913369 and https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3109769 Kudos and thanks to both of those makers for providing parts for printers. I may revise later with interrupted threads to make screwing on a 1/2 turn affair.
