Grip Trainer I designed in order to work my grip for jiujitsu. But you can use it for rehabilitation, active recovery.... You can hold weight with it, you can use it for lifting, pulling things, you can use it in sand. I made a bowl on top that you can remove, I was planning to design different head to plug, but I didn't have the time yet. If a lot of people download it, I will design some new ones. let say 50 downloads The big hole is supposed to fit an olympic bar.
