Makes carrying heavy things more comfortable for your hand. I made few for my grandma, she has a lot of buckets for wood and other stuff. I believe it works with bags as well. You have to print it, no support needed. To put it on the bucket i used hair dryer to heat the grip up, it softens a bit, then it can be easily fitted on the bucket. Better close the gap when it is still soft so it stays in place.
