This is about as straightforward as you can get when working with CAD software. What I'm describing is a washer - a pretty basic component. The one in question is relatively large, designed specifically to fit behind the screw in a commercial meat grinder. My own grinder happens to be an old Hobart model, which my grandparents acquired from a General Store that was closing its doors for good. We've always been concerned about losing this particular part because replacing it would be extremely challenging, if not nearly impossible.
