Grinder Angle Setup Jigs

Jigs quickly set the angle between a grinder wheel and platform, made specifically for an 8" grinder wheel that come in two angles: 40 degrees and 25 degrees, easily customized in Fusion360. I designed these jigs to convert an old wood lathe scraper into a negative rake scraper with top bevel angle of 25 degrees and bottom bevel angle of 40 degrees. The result was impressive! To use the jig, place the "Platform" edge on the grinder platform then adjust the angle until the "wheel" edge conforms perfectly to the grinder wheel. Setup is fast and repeatable. I printed this design in PLA at a 0.2mm layer height and 15% infill, but you can use most standard settings for printing.
