Grin Satiator Battery Charger Slide Mount
thingiverse
This mounting bracket for a Grin Satiator E-bike battery charger allows easy removal and installation from your workshop or garage. To use, print both parts: the mount and the slider. Secure one end of the charger with a fixed nail or screw and attach this mount to the other end. Refer to photos. Fasten the mount firmly to a hard surface using 1" drywall screws driven from inside the cabinet. Then, slide the charger on over the mounting notch that aligns with the fixed screw or nail. Install the slider and bolt & nut (1/4-20 x 1 1/2" or similar) on this mount. Slide the slider over the charger notch at that end and tighten the screw. To detach the charger, loosen the screw to allow the hold-down piece to slide out and release the charger. Then lift it up and carry it away. A small amount of friction remains in the slider, making it easy to slide it either way without needing a screwdriver. You may also be able to use a thumbscrew or knob depending on your situation. Note: The slider is not symmetrical; it's designed to be installed with its top edge facing up into the mount base. However, it will work either way if you mount the base close enough to the charger frame.
