This is for the Classic Mini Clubman, its the grommet which goes between the metal legs on the bottom of the clubman grill, into the body, to stop metal on metal contact. No longer available for purchase, so I created a replica and printed it out, and it fitted perfectly. It fits my 1979 Leyland 1275GT Clubman.
