Replacement grill wheels for my CharBroil were almost $30. So I made this design that will only cost some filament and (in my case) about 16 hours of printing.It is two parts. The inner rim I printed in PLA, and the outer tire is printed in TPU. DO NOT print both parts separately in PLA. They will not be able to fit together. You should be able to easily fuse the two parts together if you want to just have one PLA (or other solid plastic) part. If I get a chance I'll upload a single piece version myself. The TPU tire is just an effort to avoid chipping away at the PLA as the wheel rolls. We'll see how it holds up long term.I printed this with minimal infill. You should experiment with the perimeter settings to get the fastest print possible. I added a modifier to add more walls in the core section and have fewer in the outer section where they aren't necessary. Less perimeters really cuts down on print time.
