Griffin Delta, Alternate rod-end

To accommodate locally available components, I designed this alternative rod-end plug for use with 10mm outer diameter and 8mm inner diameter aluminum tubes. The 8mm plug end may require gentle sanding to fit the tube's internal diameter accurately. Utilize it in the same way as the original part, but only if a plug rather than a cup is needed. For printing, set the layer height at 0.2 and infill at 70%. To attach the plug to a ball end, use an M3 tap on the cone end and secure with a M3x20mm set screw or equivalent. Ensure a tight fit by slightly sanding the plug end before gluing it into the rod end using epoxy.
