<p>I like to keep some pens and notebooks next to my 3D printer. So, I designed this 3x1 component for the Gridfinity system to do just that. And it holds a few rulers too. It can hold 5 pens, up to 3 pocket notebooks (like Field Notes or any other 3.5” x 5.5” pocket notebook), and 3 rulers. </p><p>You could alternately put some thin tools in instead of pens. I keep a hobby knife in mine. </p><p>If you are storing long rulers you might want to consider securing it to the base with magnets or screws. </p><p>You will be able to print this with no supports. </p><p>Gridfinity was created by Zack Freedman.
