Gridfinity Phone Stand
thingiverse
This 1x2x6 module holds a phone and directs all the sound from its speakers forward toward you, for improved volume. I don't think it could possibly improve the sound other than making it louder. The model itself has no internal supports for the upper shelf. I painted support enforces on the underside of the shelf and used organic supports. The Slicer wanted them to be placed on the print bed so I reduced the “Maximum Branch Angle” and the “Preferred Branch Angle” to 20º which forced the supports to be inside. It is very important not to use auto-generated supports. The example in the photos was printed with Eryone Tricolor RGB PLA filament.
