<p><strong>Background:</strong></p><p>This design fits a 1x5 Gridfinity mount.</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://youtu.be/ra_9zU-mnl8"></oembed></figure><p>This Model holds 3 of each common drill bit size, as well as a hex for each.</p><p>Sizes in mm are:</p><p>1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, 5, 5.5, 6, 6.5, 7, 8, 9, 10.</p><p>There are also extra size 6 &amp; 3.5 mm holes at the end for anything else, as well as lots of extra hex holders.</p><p><strong>Printing:</strong></p><p>The tolerances are quite tight, so nothing falls out, so I found if I printed it a bit too fast it was difficult to get the drill bits in. (especially if there's any stringing around the holes).</p><p>The text at the front can be painted over with a contrasting colour to clearly see the sizing better.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>My slicer settings:</strong></p><p>No <strong>Support</strong></p><p><strong>20%</strong> "Cube" <strong>Infill</strong></p><p>1.2mm Layer Height</p><p>2 Walls (0.8mm)</p><p>0.6mm Top/Bottom Thickness</p><p>20mm Wall speed</p><p>Coming mode: "Not in skin" (+ Avoid Support + Avoid Printed parts)</p><p><strong>Ironing</strong> Enabled</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Notes:</strong></p><p>Sorry about the stupidly large file size, I made this in blender and subdivided a bit much.</p><p>Bits are packed quite close together, so if you've got less bits, there are better solutions out there for just one set, but this was best for my needs.</p><p>There is only one slot for a size 9 drill bit, as I found this not to be very common, and never included in sets. (that I had anyway)</p><p>The 5x1 wall mount was not designed by me, but I just added it for convince (I cannot remember who I got it from, sorry)</p><p>I am very new to 3D printing and modelling, so if there's any issues please let me know : &nbsp;)</p><p>&nbsp;</p>
