Gridfinity Baseplate for Bosch Sortimo L-Boxx Mini

<p>This is a <strong>baseplate for the </strong><a href="https://youtu.be/ra_9zU-mnl8"><strong>Gridfinity modular storage system</strong></a><strong> by </strong><a href="https://thangs.com/designer/ZackFreedman"><strong>Zack Freedman</strong></a><br><strong>that fits in a L-Boxx Mini</strong> organizer box.<br>It's bases on the <a href="https://www.printables.com/prints/274527-bosch-sortimo-l-boxx-mini-inner-volume">L-Boxx Mini inner volume</a> model that can be used to make custom L-Boxx Mini inlays that fit perfectly.</p><p>The L-Boxx Mini is part of the L-Boxx system and is available from <a href="https://www.bosch-professional.com/ch/de/products/l-boxx-mini-2-0-1600A007SF">Bosch</a> and <a href="https://l-boxx.com/en/l-boxx-mini/">BS Systems</a> and is available on Amazon and various other stores.</p><figure class="media"><oembed url="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n4IoJqabVzY"></oembed></figure><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Dimensions</h3><p>The box fits 5x3 grid units and 6 vertical units. It's a tight fit as the box's inner vertical height is 44mm and 6 units are 45.75mm tall. However, the lid closes just fine with a full box.</p><p>The L-Boxx Mini's inner volume isn't entirely symmetrical or perpendicular so the grid inlay only fits one way and can not be flipped or mirrored.</p><figure class="image"><img src="https://media.printables.com/media/prints/275513/rich_content/177c6951-5ae9-42ae-a64c-130cd04a0c7c/dimensions.png#%7B%22uuid%22%3A%22c8d38104-2a7d-4b3f-a63b-1388de67ef80%22%2C%22w%22%3A3504%2C%22h%22%3A2478%7D"></figure><h3>Printing</h3><p>Print using the regular Gridfinity recommendations. Everything up to a 0.6mm nozzle should work fine.</p><ul><li>Material: PLA, PETG, etc</li><li>Extrusion width: 0.6mm</li><li>Layer height: 0.3mm</li><li>Infill: 10%</li><li>Perimeters: 3</li><li>Supports: no</li></ul><h4>Smaller Printers</h4><p>For smaller printers where the full baseplate doesn't fit on the print bed, you can download the split version where each part should comfortably fit on a 180x180 bed.<br>Thanks <a href="https://www.printables.com/social/286223-rolf">Rolf</a> for the feedback!</p><p>I'd recommend using these split versions as opposed to splitting in the slicer because the L-Boxx Mini isn't entirely symmetrical and perpendicular. The split versions have been split along the Gridfinity grid lines. You also have to print one left and one right model. You can not fit two of one half or mirror the models.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><h3>Additional Credits</h3><p>I created this with the help of the very useful <a href="https://cad.onshape.com/documents/b665fecadac0a292f08a3203/w/8c0914122efbb1eb0a1cd732/e/f44f6598f92bf779356f53af">Onshape Library by Braden Eliason</a> from which I was able to copy dimensions to create the grid.</p>
