Petri dish stencils for grids on petri dishes to aid with consistency, image analysis, and organization. 7x-rectgrid.stl is for creating a 20-section rectangular grid 6x-squaregrid.stl is for creating a 25-section square grid These stencils fit plates with an 85.5mm (Fisherbrand), but can be scaled up and down to fit most dishes with raised edges.  To use a stencil: 1) Fit the smaller diameter base side into the raised edges of a petri dish. 2) Draw your first lines. 3)  Turn your stencil 90 degrees and line up a central line with the arrows on the outside of the stencil. 4) Draw the second set of lines to obtain your grid pattern. 5) Or be as creative as you like.
