Grow your own sprouts at home with this handy device that attaches securely to an empty jar. Read Instructions carefully before proceeding. 1. Fill the glass 1cm high with mung beans, add water, screw on the lid tightly, and let it stand undisturbed for one day. 2. The next day, drain the water completely and place the glass in a safe location. From now on, the beans require regular watering, 2-3 times per day. Fill the glass with water, shake it vigorously to distribute the liquid evenly, and then drain the water thoroughly. Important note: Accumulation of water at the bottom of the glass is strictly prohibited when placed sideways. 4. After 4-5 days, the sprouts are ready for consumption and can be added to your favorite dishes. Try incorporating them into your salad or using them as a cooking ingredient. This practice is widely popular in Asian cuisine. You can also experiment with peas and lentils to create different varieties of sprouts.
