Grid for Godox AD360II Flash
thingiverse
This accessory is a must-have for the AD360II, providing a basic grid that limits the spread of light and keeps it in check. The grid perfectly supports the bayonet mount of the AD360II, and although it may not fit the AD360 as seamlessly, you can still use it with a little extra effort - just twist the locking knob on the flash to secure it into place since there's no bayonet mount on the AD360. The honeycomb pattern boasts impressive specs: its 1.2mm wall thickness and 20mm depth make it theoretically capable of cutting off light when pointed at an angle of 20 degrees. The grid's diameter measures a mere 50mm, placing it perilously close to the bulb - so be cautious when using this accessory during extended periods of flash use or high-speed sync. Conversely, the overall length of this grid is a respectable 100mm, making it feasible for smaller 3D printers like the Malyan M200 to print. Additional variants with larger diameters and different angles will be uploaded shortly. For optimal printing results, recommended orientation involves positioning the grid pattern as the base; this should eliminate the need for supports within the larger barrel. However, you may still require some support for the bayonet mount itself. Print Settings: Printer: M200 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: No Infill: 20%
