Grey Goose Vodka Bottle LED Lamp Base
thingiverse
I created this custom Grey Goose bottle lamp holder for a friend who owns a bar and was looking for a unique lighting solution. To get started, I carefully cut off roughly 1/2" from the base of the bottle bottom using a tile cutting blade on my Dremel, ensuring to keep plenty of water flowing to prevent any damage. I designed the holder to be extra deep, providing some wiggle room in case my cut wasn't perfectly even. Next, I wired the LED light through the hole in the holder and gently tapped the bottle into place until it reached the desired depth. I powered the LED light using an AC/DC 1A converter that I had on hand, but a battery pack would also work just as well. The LED light I used measures 54mm in diameter by 20mm deep, so feel free to find a close replacement if you're having trouble tracking down the exact same model. Just remember to choose one with a diameter less than 54mm.
