It's a tribute to Mazinger Z project of Eric So. You can find the artist's project here https://toysrevil.blogspot.com/2015/06/eric-so-x-go-nagais-mazinger-z.html . This is a variation with drill spacer. I printed it downsizing 70% at low resolution (1,2 mm) and the result wasn't great. I recommend printing without resizing and with better resolution.
