I designed a Barrel Puzzle inspired by @mread's original, but with a twist - it resembles a grenade. Friends pointed out its resemblance, but I knew no real-world grenade matched its form factor and size. The Mills Fragmentation Grenade, MK2 Grenade, and M61 Grenade sparked my inspiration. To create the Grenade Barrel Puzzle, print the original files but replace 2 x part2 with 1 x part2 and 1 x Part2_Grenade.stl. I engineered the grenade lever to overhang slightly, allowing it to press against the body without breaking.
With this file you will be able to print Grenade Puzzle (Original is Barrel Puzzle by @mread) with your 3D printer.
