Hello, It is with great pleasure that I share my latest work which I named the Z40. This is a 40mm grenade launcher that I created entirely by myself with my amateur level. List of improvements: Reduction of the space between the barrel and the body Added a 42mm barrel for larger grenades Improved trigger: wider supports, reinforcement and longer percussion stroke. Increased trigger space in the body. The Lock has a nipple for the spring for easy mounting. ===NEW Z45 ===> https://cults3d.com/en/3d-model/game/z45-grenade-launcher Quick video presentation: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bOZT-Xg9hlc Video editing tip: https://youtu.be/ivHj-hlPuMI Materials required: 2 x 4x40 countersunk bolts 1 x 4x30 countersunk bolt 2 compression springs about 6mm diameter and 25mm long. Printing tips: The print media option must be enabled with an edge or raft. Print the barrel vertically with the inlet facing up to get a good finish on the grenade base notch and enable the support option all over. Fill rate 20% minimum. Left and right parts should be printed inside side on the tray with support everywhere option.Fill rate 20% minimum. Lock should be positioned on one side with support option everywhere.100% fill rate . Trigger should be printed with rounding towards the tray with support option everywhere.Fill rate 100% . Mounting tips: -Insert the springs in the hollows provided for this purpose and put a dot of glue (I did with the glue gun) only at the end of the body side and not on the side of the trigger tail or lock. -For the axis of the trigger tail, I fixed a steel nail of diameter=1.5mm and then recut to 16mm long. Assemble the left and right side using the 4x40 bolts in the 2 holes closest to the barrel. The one of 4x30 fixes the stock part. Last tip heat with a lighter the nuts so that they do not protrude and at the same time they will be glued.
