Grelha do ventilador 60mm SETHI3d AIP A3
thingiverse
To assemble my version of the cooling system for the Sethi A3 AIP 3D printer hotend, please follow these steps. This customized model is derived from Thingiverse's project 188358. Options: I choose to add three rings to enhance air circulation. Eight vanes will be integrated into the design for improved airflow efficiency. The diameter of the bolts used in the assembly should be precisely 4.5mm to maintain structural integrity. Standard-size fans are preferred, and they come with a maximum speed setting at 60 revolutions per minute. The grill size must also be maintained at a minimum width of 60mm for optimal air passage. Ring spacing will be carefully designed, resulting in ring widths of approximately 2mm to promote smooth airflow continuity. To further reinforce the assembly, we won't employ hollow design principles at this point. In terms of exterior edge detail, an edge thickness of 2mm is recommended for stability purposes. Each bolt's diameter hole needs to measure precisely 50mm, so I must ensure precision in these manufacturing steps. Last but not least, to accommodate all components efficiently, vanes should be positioned exactly 2mm wide for optimized cooling airflow. As you may observe, the height of each grill element should maintain a consistent dimension at approximately 4mm, considering their role in maintaining a continuous flow.
