Gregs Wade Extruder adapted for the Kiwi Remix

The Gregs-Wade extruder has been customized for the Kiwi Remix with several alterations, including using 3mm filament, adding a filament guide above and below the hobbed bolt, enlarging the exiting filament guide hole to accommodate PTFE tube insertion, upsizing all nuts and bolts to M4, and moving nut holes for the clamp closer to allow use of shorter bolts. Additionally, a print support has been added under the bearing cutout. In my printing process, I utilize 2 perimeters and 50% infill without needing support structures. Upon completion of the print, the added support in the lower bearing hole must be removed.
