Greg's Wade reloaded - Guidler, Tilt Screws, Fishbone Gears

Introducing an improved version of Greg's Wade Extruder, this derivative includes several enhanced features such as Greg's "Guidler" for precise filament alignment and easy access to the hobbed bolt. Tiltable idler-screws allow for opening the idler without complete removal, while a 4mm elevation of the entire extruder body, bolt, and motor mount accommodates larger 9/47 herringbone gears. Additionally, 2mm extra distance between the bolt and motor caters to the same purpose. M4 nuts and screws have been used for the idler due to their scarcity in certain hardware stores. The extruder incorporates 9/47 herringbone gears and has corrected nut-traps with the correct fit (5.5mm wrench size for M3 nuts). Three hotend-mount options are available, including "reprapfaborg" for Stoffel15's hotends with a 10mm shaft diameter of 20mm length. The motor mount thickness has been reduced to 8mm to suit the wider herringbone gear. STL exports are provided for the three hotend-mounts: groovemount, jhead mount, and reprap-fab.org. The configurations were made for a 0.25mm layer height, so users with larger values should adjust the parameter in the SCAD file to ensure correct slicing of support layers. Updates include SAE compatible versions of the groovemount extruder body and big gear, gear-sided nut traps for GRRF hotend mount, and an additional small gear for 4.2mm center hole diameter. A new parameter "less_idler_bolt_dist" has been added to adjust distance between idler and hobbed bolt, defaulting at zero. For thicker layers than 0.25mm, change the "layer_thickness" parameter in the "jonaskuehling_gregs_wade_v3.scad" file and export your own STL. All hotend-mounts of Greg's latest "Guidler" version are compatible with this extruder.
