Greg's Wade reloaded extruder body for Rapman hotend
thingiverse
To fit the Rapman's hotend, modify the Arcol version of the extruder by adding holes for the screw head that protrude above the flat surface opposite to the mounting holes. Refer to Picture 10 on page 12 of http://cubify.s3.amazonaws.com/public/bfb/d100244_hot_end_manual_v3_1\_0.pdf for illustration. Meanwhile, print other parts from the original (Gears, idler). A potential enhancement (requiring more SCAD knowledge than I could muster) would be to rotate the entire hot end mount by 180 degrees, positioning the wiring on the opposite side of the extruder from the gears. Integrating this improvement into the SCAD file for wider applicability across various hotends is an added advantage.
