Once you reach the end of a roll of filament that can't be used for more than an hour without jamming up, take notice of the tightly coiled state of the filament and how it consistently causes the extruder to get stuck. I've created this solution to solve that problem. It ensures that the filament fed into the extruder is straightened out smoothly. Since using this design change, I haven't experienced even one single print jam! I'm operating a Robo3D printer, as far as I know, Greg's Wade on this model operates similarly to others; however, if you think I might be mistaken in this assessment, let me know right away. To follow these instructions, just print it and install a piece of 4mm bowden tube in its place. Trim it down to size. It should be a snug fit so ensure that during any prints, it remains securely fastened.
