Greg's Wade extruder NEMA 23 for bowden extruder
thingiverse
I'm gearing up to construct my very own core xy reprap, featuring an expansive print area that will let me get creative with bigger projects. But first things first - I need to tackle the challenge of implementing a bowden extruder. The problem is that my trusty nema 17 motor just can't cut it under the heavy demands of such a setup. To solve this predicament, I'm opting to deploy one of my robust nema 23 motors temporarily, pending the purchase of a geared motor or until something even more innovative comes along. Today's print looks fabulous - smooth and seamless! Next up is testing its full potential to ensure everything functions flawlessly as planned.
