Unable to find M3 bolts beyond 40mm length locally, I was compelled to use small, ineffective tensioner springs earlier. However, this modified idler design features a cutout that allows for larger springs, resulting in better control over tension. For added strength, the part was printed on its side with Kisslicer medium support, three loops, and 100% infill.
