Greg-Kuehling-Wades Extruder Optimized for E3D V5 3mm

This is yet another remix of Greg-Kuehling's famous extruder that I started experimenting with. E3D v5 versions are hard to find with a tight fit, which led me to try J-heads and E3Ds made entirely out of metal. However, I found they're similar but not the same, which is frustrating because people are making them for one model and claiming 100% compatibility with the other. For instance, two models online claimed compatibility with both, but after mounting my E3D, I found too much lateral movement on the throat, so I created this version to eliminate all movement between the extruder and hot end. My remix is optimized specifically for E3D v5. Two test files are included (print_test_PLA and print_test_ABS), which have the throat holes for testing purposes. ABS (and exotics like nylon) shrink much more than PLA, so run test prints before printing your extruder accordingly. Please make sure to remove all imperfections and plastic debris from the throat holes before mounting your E3D. The throat needs to be completely inside before being secured by the two M3 hex bolts. This print will test your printer, so your printer has to be properly calibrated. If not, you may also enlarge objects along the x-y axis before printing (for testing I included the test files). Highly recommended settings: 50% infill, .2mm layer height. Required hardware: 2x M3 bolts (M3x25), 2x M3 Nuts, 2x washers. If you want to test E3D v5 but don't want to print a complete extruder, I have a simple mount available at https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2383320.
