print in petg or stronger dont even try pla blade will sit about 1/2 lower(10mm) than the original oem part tied coming close to original dimensions and mowing down a 10ft strip of 4ft sunflower plants didnt agree so i beefed it up. this version I made the disc 10mm thicker I added blade retainer strips that hopefully help increase the strength. and make up for loss of sheer strength in just the arrows. if this doesnt meet your needs you might be able to get a part from greenworks or the internet it should run around 20$ according to greenworks part number 341191179-1 341191179-2 r0200743-00 wife called greenworks which kindly sent a free one time replacement, so I have not printed and tested this version. at the very least im sure it will cut grass in a hoa community somewhere and might save you a fine from your hoa. if you use this drop a comment please
