Greenworks 80v Grass Trimmer Blade System
thingiverse
This is a comprehensive system designed for the Greenworks 80v Electric Grass Trimmer, although it may also be compatible with other trimmer brands. The trimmer core was modeled to fit an M10x1.25mm Left Hand Nut, which I had to specially order from eBay. UPDATE: Bottom_Plate_1.1 combines the bottom plate and the core spacer into one component, making installation easier. Print all parts in ABS at 100% infill for optimal strength. To complete this project, you will need: * 1 M10x1.25 Left Hand Nut * 3 x 3/4" Hex bolts and locking washers * 3 x 120mm Blades * 1 Trimmer_plate_top * 1 Bottom_Plate_1.1 * 1 Trimmer_core Assemble the top and bottom plates using hex nuts/bolts and blades. Install the M10 nut in the core, then push the core through the center hole. Attach it to your trimmer. UPDATE: After testing this design, I found it works well. However, I accidentally broke the ABS blades by bouncing them off a concrete block. Using Nylon might be a better option for these parts.
