Greenjoy adapter for modular hydroponic tower accessories

This is an adapter to allow you to use accessories designed for @boundarycondition 's excellent [modular hydroponic tower](https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3405964) with the Greenjoy indoor garden kit. I've been using it along with this Aerogarden Basket holder: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5550342 The adapter snaps onto the original Greenjoy grow deck. Accessories like the aerogarden basket holder linked above would then twist to lock into this adapter. Note that if you're using the Aerogarden basket (or any type of reasonably deep net cup) you may want to opt for the larger 16mm adapter to provide a little extra clearance for roots in the Greenjoy's shallow reservoir.
