Greenhouse Gutter Guard
thingiverse
I have a Vitavia greenhouse with built-in gutters, which collect leaves and foliage from my neighbors' trees, eventually ending up in the water butt. This device is a gutter guard grill, clipping into the gutter to prevent debris from entering while allowing rainwater to flow freely. To cover all gutters, I need numerous units (about a dozen per side), but each takes only an hour or so to print. Since I used PETG, I'm hoping for durability that will last several years. I print top-side down without supports, raft, or brim. To minimize wear on the printer, I selected concentric infill for exterior layers, found in Simplify3D. This reduces wear significantly compared to standard rectilinear infill.
