Greenhouse door hinge for Easy Grow Greenhouse
thingiverse
I designed this replacement door hinge to replace the broken hinges that failed after just one or two years of use. My greenhouse, an Easy Grow model, is about 6 years old now and still going strong. To assemble a single door, you'll need four printed parts: two for the top and two for the bottom. I used a nail as the hinge pin, which worked perfectly. To prepare the parts, I chamfered the screw holes using a chamfering bit. You can also modify the design to include this feature if you prefer. Here are my print settings: Printer: Qidi Tech 1 Rafts: Doesn't matter at all Supports: Not needed in my case Resolution: .20mm for crisp details Infill: I chose 15% for a good balance between strength and weight Notes: I opted for PLA as it's more durable and can withstand the elements better.
