Greenfield Kickstand Swappable Foot Attachment

My Greenfield rear triangle mounted kickstand came with a rubber foot that tore through within a month or two, which was terrible for touring because the sharp metal end pokes through on soft ground easily, sinks in, & your bike falls over. I imagine this would work for any Greenfield kickstand for which the foot looks like the images provided. I think this includes: https://www.amazon.com/Greenfield-Kickstand-Brushed-Aluminum-Finish/dp/B000AOA452/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1486422848&sr=8-1&keywords=greenfield+kickstand, https://www.amazon.com/Greenfield-KS2-305B-305mm-Kickstand-Frames/dp/B001GSKVO0/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1486422848&sr=8-2&keywords=greenfield+kickstand, & https://www.amazon.com/Greenfield-SKS2-305B-Stablizer-Stay-Mount-aluminum/dp/B002FVYTLI/ref=sr_1_3?ie=UTF8&qid=1486422848&sr=8-3&keywords=greenfield+kickstand This is the one I own. This (https://www.amazon.com/Greenfield-KSRF-Kickstand-Foot-Black/dp/B00IBFJIYA/ref=sr_1_6?ie=UTF8&qid=1486422848&sr=8-6&keywords=greenfield+kickstand) is the original foot, which was a terrible design. What I wanted was something more durable & provided a larger platform on the ground so the bike wouldn't sink, especially on soft ground. The foot would be replaceable if it ever wore out. See the Assembly section. My bikes live indoors, so I don't want them to scratch hardwood with the metal kickstands. How I Designed This High-resolution scan of old foot. I scanned my old foot, scaled it, & copied the dimensions over. I approximated some other dimensions. Part of the inspiration came from a kickstand my father made me for my first rear bike, shown below. It was a piece of plastic for/from a mold, epoxied in place. Very hard-wearing plastic too, with a large platform. Sadly, I didn't like the placement of this kind of kickstand. Assembly & Materials Compatible kickstand Epoxy/glue Old tire The 3D printed piece should be large enough to fit over the metal end. Apply a lot of epoxy &/or glue to secure the piece to the kickstand. Cut a section out of an old tire (maybe around a 700 x 28 size) & wrap it around the swept section at the bottom. Glue this on. Updates 6 Feb 17: still working on this. The swept feature is not working like I want it to. Project on hold unless someone can help or I stop being lazy &/or get interested in this thing again. I even tried to cut off the excess. It's supposed to be symmetric about an obvious plane.
