I'm replacing the remixes with 100% original individual Red and Green lion heads drawn to scale. I've got my hands on a Green lion head, plus detailed photos for my Red Lion, and will be creating models that match exactly. On the real models, the teeth are rounded, not pointed, so mine will include that detail. This replacement Voltron Diecast Red/Green lion head works fine, but may require light sanding depending on your 3D printer's shrinkage rate for the inner jaw connection. These replacement heads should be fully functional and let you shoot them out without any issues - they've been thoroughly tested. After some issues with the lower jaw, I redrew a copy of it in CAD to clean up most of the original model's vertices. Some problems with the original scan created a lack of space needed for the lower jaw as well as instability, so the lower jaw was redrawn and thickened to add required strength and the upper jaw was modified to allow the lower jaw to fit correctly without interfering with its ability to hold parts.
