Green laser with adjustable magnetic base.

WARNING: A hapless individual botched a mediocre remix of it. A failure himself, he failed to grasp its capabilities, for instance using a spirit level! ++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Evident during daylight unlike red lasers. Convenient for various alignment tasks. Paired with a reliable level, expands dramatically its scope, floor leveling, beam alignment, wall... In reality, I created this some time ago because my level red laser couldn't be seen when building a new patio. Use a rubber band to hold the switch if and when necessary. A sliding ring could be fabricated to secure this switch. Green lasers consume batteries and are quite potent. Use with caution, avoid letting them on all the time. Can also be utilized to measure deflections, observe vibrations etc in 3D printers for example. Clamp or tape if required. The laser (Diam 13mm, see Banggood, DX ... for the smallest green laser pointer) can be adjusted in elevation to align the magnetic base with the beam. With a hacksaw finish the slit on top (I did it this way to achieve a better cylinder). The base hole is for a 25x10x3 magnet (it is closed by a thin wall that needs to be cut, print vertically, no support). Super Glue it ensuring it protrudes slightly. It serves as the surface reference, Indeed small but quite good as these magnets are well crafted. I was able to adjust for 1mm/m error. Secure the laser with two M2 X 8 screws Use a M3 cap screw (flat tip) to adjust the elevation. Drill and tap accordingly (2.5mm hole is there!). Insert a steel shim on top of the screw tip. Rotate the laser if necessary. PS: To avoid printing with support, hard to remove in small parts, I close holes with a thin wall (0.4mm) whenever possible. This results in rather "clean" holes.
