I uploaded the modified file at the request of several users, so here it is. To make the original model more printer-friendly, I thickened it using meshmixer so that it would print the mask rather than just support material. This change made it easier to work with and allowed me to achieve a better result. You can scale the X axis to match your face width at the temples (on either side of your eyes) in millimeters, adding 1-2 mm for a snug fit. I initially scaled the model too far, using a face width of 125 mm at the temples and scaling it up to 135 mm, which resulted in an oversized print. To compensate, I used eight layers of 1mm craft foam glued inside the mask, which held it securely in place. Although this was not ideal, the softness of the foam made it a decent substitute for plastic. I printed the model with 10% infill using PETG and added supports to ensure that it would print properly. I plan to reprint it soon with more accurate scaling to achieve a better fit.
