This 3D model was originally designed with Sketchup 8 before being converted to all other formats that 3D models support. Native format is .skp while 3dsmax scenes are compatible with the latest version of 3ds Max 2016, rendered using Vray 3.00 This humble abode lacks a porch or garage, which can actually be an advantage. The model's design allows users to exercise their creativity and imagination by adding features like a porch or extra rooms to create their own dream home. Others complained that my style didn't match theirs or seemed unusual. Hopefully, this basic house fills the gap because users now have the freedom to add any elements they want to suit their taste and preferences. Sometimes people can be overly critical and even illogical, which is something I'd rather not delve into since it's beyond me as a designer to predict everyone's opinions. This small house makes an ideal template despite its basic design due to its use of layered roof sections as well as a complete interior. Features include 4 bedrooms, a bathroom with 1.75 showers, laundry facilities and much more. Although the finishes might seem quite generic or unappealing, this leaves room for users' imagination to flourish by envisioning their desired materials, colors, etc. Users can also remove the interior completely if they're not of the architectural persuasion as it makes a suitable backdrop house for their creative project.
