I have to say, that's a fantastic design, Webber1! I only made some adjustments to all the components except for the electrical cover. Now this fits the standard picatinny rails perfectly and works seamlessly with a 12-position rotary switch to enhance or reduce illumination, though I personally only use four positions. I also added a small lip for the lexan (plastic) to rest against comfortably. You can easily purchase sheets from RC stores. The included picatinny rail is courtesy of mani_60.
