My version of the classic blues harp mic is a "green bullet" printed in white. It should only cost about $15-$20 to make the BOM, excluding things like screws. I didn't need any in the one I printed because the front was nice and tight. I made a BNC version because I think the socket is less likely to get noise or pop out or get loose. But I have also made a 1/4" jack version, although I haven't printed it yet to see if it all fits. 3mm self-tapping screws should work to hold the flange in and the front can be mounted with 3X2.5mm self-tapping counter-sunk screws if yours prints loose. The STL files have been fixed to recess the volume pot a bit deeper into the mic so the knob sits more flush with the body. The mic I used is a Lovoski Durable Dynamic Microphone Cartridge Core Insert Mic for Broken, available on eBay. The volume potentiometer is a 10k Ohm Audio Taper Log Pot A10K Solder Lugs Split Shaft Potentiometer, also available on eBay. The knob is an Aluminum Potentiometer Knob 6mm Cap Inner Volume Control Rotary Switch, available on eBay. If you're making the BNC version, you'll need a Connector BNC Female Jack 4-Hole 18-5mm Flange Solder Panel Mount Straight, also available on eBay. For the standard 1/4" jack version, you can use a Hot New 1/4 Mono Female Input Jack Socket Plug Fr Electric Guitar Bass, available on eBay. To make the BNC to 1/4" lead, I changed the plug on one end of this cable: Nylon Braid 6-35mm 1/4 TRS Male Cable Patch Connector for Guitar Bass 3m, available on eBay. I replaced it with a Connector BNC male plug jacketed solder RG58 RG142 LMR195 RF COAXIAL, also available on eBay.
