This sculpture belongs to a Fuel3D team member, who has generously allowed us to use it to showcase the high-resolution capabilities of Fuel3D scans on materials like stone. In its constant travels from demonstration to exhibition across the US and Europe, however, it's been subjected to wear and tear, sustaining damage along the way. The idea of scanning the entire head arose as a means to preserve a copy of the Greek Head before it deteriorates further, making it unrecognizable for its owner.
