Recently I came across an intriguing toy called Geocraper in a video, and I was immediately drawn to the idea of 3D printing something similar. One reason was its entertainment value, but another major factor was the steep cost - both purchasing and importing it from Japan were prohibitively expensive. The scale of this model is 1:2500, carefully optimized for printing with a 0.4mm nozzle (0.5mm at most). Each tile is meticulously designed from scratch, inspired by the types of buildings you'd find in Manhattan. These tiles are intended to be generic enough that you won't notice repetition in a large city, yet still offer individual character and visual interest. This initial set was created with clear goals and requirements in mind; however, if this receives positive feedback, I'll likely produce additional sets featuring themes like parks or harbors. You can find all current and future sets in my collection on Thingiverse: https://www.thingiverse.com/Fisk400/collections/greeblecity If you enjoy this and would like to see more sets created, consider sending a tip via PayPal at paypal.me/Fisk400 - even though these models may not look complex, they require significant time investments from me.
