A while ago I watched a video showing off a toy called Geocraper and really wanted something similar to 3d print. Partly because its fun and partly because its really expensive to both buy and import them from japan. The scale is 1:2500 with optimization for printing with a 0.4mm nozzle (0.5 at a stretch) Each tile is modeled from scratch and based on the kinds of building you will find on Manhattan. They are meant to be generic enough that you wont notice repeating tiles in a large city while still being individually interesting to look at. This is the first set as I wanted to have clear limits and requirements but if people like this will probably make additional ones with themes such as parks or harbors.
