Egyptian archaeologists working for the Ministry of Antiquities uncovered an ancient Greco-Roman burial ground in Alexandria, marking a significant historical find. Computer simulations were run on the site's architecture and reduced its complexity by half, resulting in a model that consisted of just 50,000 individual polygon units. The texture mapping, which detailed the intricate patterns and designs found throughout the site, was limited to an impressive 8,000 distinct entries.
