I bought a headlight cap for my GreatWall Voleex C10 and needed to drill holes in it to attach cables to the electronics. But instead I decided to design and print a custom cap with precisely sized holes. In the past I had trouble finding a replacement when one was lost, so I think this solution could be helpful to others who face that problem. The included FreeCAD source file is quite general-purpose and should not be too difficult to adapt for other cap designs or sizes. The model includes supports for locating pins which must be removed before installation. 2019.04.17 Made some adjustments to the source file and added chamfers to sharp edges.
