Great Wall Hover H5 door glass holder for M6 nut
thingiverse
I'm trying my best with your English. The M6 nut needs to be heated and pushed into the hexagonal hole. I used FDplast ABS, with a shell thickness of 1.2mm. I glued this thing onto glass using Cosmofen CA12. Russian/Русский A Hova holder for the windshield, installed on the driver's door, it fits perfectly. The manufacturing and installation process: 1. Print it. I used ABS and set the wall thickness to 1.2mm. The rest is up to you. 2. Get an M6 nut and bolt, screw them in tightly, heat it up, and melt the nut into place (a bit of force is needed, as it's a bit tighter than necessary by 0.1mm). 3. Install the lifting mechanism brackets, tighten the bolts. 4. Try on the glass, align it, apply some adhesive or sealant to the mounting area, and install the glass, pressing it onto the door frame with the lifter. 5. It's better not to open the glass for a while. No nails, no stick! Good luck!
