Great Stuff reducer nozzle

This is a custom-made nozzle designed specifically for delivering Great Stuff expanding foam into tight spaces. I used it to seal up wires that were too close together for the standard straw provided with the can. It's a small yet crucial part that prints quickly on my Prusa Mini in just about 10 minutes using the 0.2mm layer height speed profile. Initially, I was worried that the force of the material being dispensed would push it off the end of the nozzle, but to my surprise, it held fast throughout the treatment process and sealed several areas with ease.
