A Great Sphinx model downloaded from Google Warehouse was my selection, cleaned and converted to STL format. Initially concerned about chin area overhang issues, it printed flawlessly. I suggest using Cool mode for better detailing on the head and printing on a Thing-O-Matic MK6 with ABP.
