"The Great Race's members were immense rugose cones ten feet high, and with head and other organs attached to foot-thick, distensible limbs spreading from the apexes. They spoke by the clicking or scraping of huge paws or claws attached to the end of two of their four limbs, and walked by the expansion and contraction of a viscous layer attached to their vast, ten-foot bases." A 28mm miniature I sculpted. I might print a big one at some point. I'll post it if I do. They are supposed to be 10 ft tall, so not perfectly in scale but would work if you add a base under em. The flying polyp I made is probably 15, 20 ft tall so it's in scale with that if you simply play with both. The chin tendrils kept printing odd so I made the seprately. Simply print, cut and glue.
