Great Outdoors Swizzle Sticks and Picks
pinshape
My girlfriend owns a camp in the Adirondacks and can't get enough of my Summertime Party Picks and Sticks. She asked me to craft some pine tree sticks for her, but I just couldn't resist adding black bears and fish sticks. These designs are a breeze to print, using PLA filament. (I opted for Cheetah filament for the bears and Armadillo filament for the fish due to their vibrant colors). It's best to wait a few minutes before removing them from the build plate, as they can bend easily. I've heard that PETG is food safe, but some experts argue that bacteria can thrive in the layer ridges. Although these designs were originally meant for PLA, I created them to encourage people to experiment with flexible filaments or try out new colors of flexibles. Don't miss out on our Inventory Clearance Sale - now's the perfect time to try Ninjaflex, Cheetah, EEL, or Armadillo filaments for just $6.99 each. The photograph accompanying this post features the breathtaking New York Finger Lakes by John Francis McCarthy.
